We host regular peer to peer support groups across Devon using sports like Golf, Martial Arts, Bouldering and more

We also provide options to play golf (through out BroGolf Club) and free fitness, nutrition and habit support via our Thrive Program

"It was just what I needed, swinging a club and just talking about everything and anything to all the lads"

"Without the support of this group I wouldn't have met such awesome friends"

"The BroProject got me into golf last year, a time in my life where I needed to clear my head and figure things out. I owe you guys more than you'd know."

EDUCATION

We support children and young adults struggling in main stream education

We understand that traditional school isn't for everyone. We provide the alternative using sports, activities and a hands on approach to help ignite passions and allow individuals to use their own flair to improve their education and opportunities for employment.

About Us

BroProject is a leading preventative mental health support service in the South West,

operating as both a not for profit Community Interest Company that delivers our free community peer to peer adult session and an Ltd Company delivering youth education programmes to children in Devon. Our free community sessions provide a safe, fun and egnaging space to help adults find connection through sport, which help spark a conversation. Our educational programme guides and mentor children and young adults struggling in main stream education, offering a pathway that help improve functional life skills, teaches real recognised qualifications and creates pathways to employment.

Delivery & Legal Structure

BroProject Community CIC runs and operates the BroProject Community Hub and provides the community, wellbeing and social-value infrastructure within which it provides the BroProject Sessions, BroGolf Club, Thrive Program and the Flair Programme.

The Flair Programme is delivered by Sport and Active Education Ltd (trading as Flair). Sport and Active Education Ltd is the dedicated legal education delivery organisation and is responsible for curriculum, staffing, safeguarding, assessment and reporting for the Flair Programme.

This structure enables high-quality, small-group education provision for children and young adults, alongside holistic, community-based mental health support.

Surpluses generated through education delivery by Sport and Active Education Ltd are reinvested to support the sustainability of BroProject Community CIC and its wider community and mental health projects.
